Wedding Venue Tycoon: Terms of Use
These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be before the game is released.
These terms are an agreement between you and Gündoğdu Games ("we", "us") about the game Wedding Venue Tycoon ("the game") and the online services that belong to it. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. Who may play
You may play if you are old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under that age, a parent or guardian must agree for you and is responsible for your play, including any purchases. The game is not directed at children under 13, and we ask that children under 13 do not play it without a parent's consent and supervision. Parents can switch off or protect in-app purchases in the device's settings.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which we can withdraw, to install the game on devices you own or control and to play it for your own entertainment. The game is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, sell, rent or sub-license it, change it or make works based on it, take it apart to get at its code (except where the law gives you that right), or use it for a commercial purpose.
3. Your account, sign-in and cloud save
You start as a guest: the game creates a player id for you and needs nothing else. You may link your progress to your Apple or Google account so that it can be found again on another device; that sign-in is run by Apple or Google under their own terms. Keep your device and those accounts safe: what is done with them counts as done by you.
Cloud save keeps a copy of your progress on our servers to restore it. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise that progress will never be lost, for example after a technical fault, a restore, or when two devices disagree. The game also keeps your progress on your device; removing the game or clearing its data removes that copy.
You can delete your account and data at any time in the game (Settings, then Account, then Delete my account and data) or at gundogdugames.com/weddingvenuetycoon/delete-account. Deletion cannot be undone.
4. Gems, cash and other virtual items
Gems, in-game cash, boosts, managers, badges and every other item in the game are virtual. You do not own them: you receive a limited licence to use them inside the game. They have no value in real money, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, cannot be sold, given or transferred to another player or account, and are not refunded when unused, when the game changes, or when your access ends, unless the law requires otherwise. We may change what items do, what they cost and how they are earned as the game is balanced and updated.
5. Purchases
Some items can be bought with real money. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, which take the payment and whose terms apply to it; we never receive your card details. Prices and offers are those shown in the store at the time and can change. A purchase is delivered once the store has confirmed it to our server. Items bought once and kept (such as a pack with a badge) can be restored with "Restore purchases" in Settings; gems and other items that are used up cannot be restored once spent.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules and under the consumer law that applies to you. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, you agree that delivery starts at once when you buy and that this right ends when the item has been delivered to your game, as far as the law allows. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may take the items it gave out of your game.
6. Rewarded ads
The game offers optional video ads in exchange for an in-game reward. Watching one is always your choice. Ads are supplied by third parties (Google AdMob); we do not control their content, they may not always be available, and a reward is given only when the ad has been watched to the end and the ad service reports it. How often rewards can be earned is limited.
7. Fair play
Please play fairly. You may not: cheat or use tools that change how the game works; tamper with the game, its save data, its purchases or its servers; change your device's clock or other signals to gain progress; use bugs to your advantage instead of reporting them; try to reach other players' data or our systems; use the game to break the law or to harm others; or give your business a name that is hateful, obscene, or infringes someone's rights.
The game and our server may check that the copy and the device are genuine and that progress and purchases are plausible.
8. Suspension and ending
If you break these terms, we may correct or reset progress that was gained unfairly, remove items that were not paid for, limit online features, or suspend or end your access, with notice where that is reasonable. You can stop playing at any time by deleting your account and removing the game. When access ends, the licence in section 2 and your licence to virtual items end with it.
9. Availability and changes to the game
The game can be played without a connection; online features (cloud save, purchases, ads, sign-in, notifications) need one and depend on services run by others. We work to keep everything running, but the game and its services are provided as they are and as available: we do not promise that they will always be available, free of errors or unchanged. We may update the game, change or remove features, require an update to keep playing, or end the game. If we end the game, we will say so in the game or on this website beforehand where we reasonably can.
10. Intellectual property
The game, its name, logo, art, characters, music, text and code belong to Gündoğdu Games or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to them beyond the licence in section 2. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
11. Privacy
What the game collects and why is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer and limits of liability
To the extent the law allows: the game is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires; we are not liable for loss of progress or virtual items, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by third-party services (stores, ad providers, sign-in providers, networks) or by events outside our reasonable control; and our total liability to you in connection with the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the six months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited or excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when the game or the law changes. The new version is published on this page with a new date, and important changes are also announced in the game where we reasonably can. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, stop playing and, if you wish, delete your account.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, nor your right to bring a claim before the courts there. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game or its support; where their own terms for apps require it, they may rely on these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
