Harrowrift: Horde Survival: Terms of Use
The game is in development and is not yet in the stores. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be before the game is released.
These terms are an agreement between you and Gündoğdu Games ("we") about the game Harrowrift: Horde Survival ("the game"). By playing, you accept them.
1. Who may play
You may play if you are old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. The game contains fantasy violence.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms.
3. Your account and cloud save
The game works without an account and saves on your device. When online features are on, it creates an anonymous player ID and keeps a copy of your save on our server. Keeping your device secure is your responsibility. We try to keep saves safe but cannot promise that one will never be lost.
4. Gold, Gems, Forge Dust and other virtual items
Virtual currencies and items are part of the game. They have no value in money, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred between players. You receive a licence to use them in the game, not ownership.
5. Purchases
When purchases are on sale, they are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store's terms, including its refund rules. Prices are shown in the store before you pay. A purchase is delivered after our server has confirmed it with the store. A refunded or reversed purchase may be removed from your account.
6. Rewarded ads
Watching an ad is always your choice. The reward is given when the ad has been completed. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Fair play
Do not cheat, tamper with the game or its saves, falsify scores, use automation, or interfere with our servers. Scores that could not have been earned by playing may be removed from the rankings.
8. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time.
9. Availability and changes to the game
We may change, rebalance, add to or remove parts of the game, and online features may be unavailable at times. We may end the game's online services; if we do, we will give notice in the game where we reasonably can.
10. Intellectual property
The game, its name, art, music and code belong to Gündoğdu Games or its licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to them beyond the licence in section 2.
11. Privacy
What the game collects and why is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a significant change is announced in the game.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without taking away the protections of the consumer law of the country you live in.
