Answers to the questions we expect to hear most. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will reply.

Gameplay

How do I earn more from a wedding?

Bigger and finer weddings pay more. Tap a venue to add chairs and improve its arch, aisle and lighting, and open the businesses around the square: flowers, decoration, catering, cake, photographs and music each add to what a couple pays and how happy they are.

How do I open a new business or a new place?

A business opens when your prestige level is high enough and you can pay for it; then the builders need a little time. A new place further up the road asks for a prestige level and cash, nothing else. Missions always point at the next thing worth doing.

What do the stars after a wedding mean?

How well the day went for the couple: whether what they asked for was there and arrived in time. Better weddings pay tips and more prestige.

What are the bonus jobs?

Short optional jobs that are offered now and then, such as tying a bouquet or setting a table. They never hold a wedding up and never cost anything. Doing one well pays a bonus; closing it loses nothing.

What do managers do?

A manager runs a business for you, also while you are away. Managers are hired with Gems, which you earn from goals, missions and achievements.

Do I earn while the game is closed?

Yes. Your venues keep earning at a reduced rate for a couple of hours, more as your managers grow, and you collect it when you come back.

Is there an end?

The road ends at the Cliffside Palace, and holding the Cliffside Legacy Wedding completes the estate. Nothing stops there: the estate keeps running and there is always something to improve.

Account & cloud save

Is my progress saved?

Always on your device. When you are online it is also copied to our cloud save under an anonymous player id, so it can be restored.

Do I need an account?

No. The game creates an anonymous player id by itself. Where it is offered, you can sign in with Google or Apple under Settings, then Account, to find your save again on another device.

The game says it found a different save in the cloud.

That happens when the cloud holds other progress than this device. The game never overwrites either one by itself: it asks which to keep. Choose carefully; the other one is replaced.

Where do I find my player id?

Settings, then Account. It is shown as "Player id". Include it when you write to us.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Everything except cloud save, purchases and videos works without a connection. Progress made offline is uploaded later.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the game: Settings, then Account, then "Delete my account and data". Without the game, use the delete-account page.

Purchases

I bought something and did not receive it.

Make sure you are online and open the game again: a purchase that was paid for but not delivered is finished at the next start. You can also open the Store and tap Restore purchases. If it is still missing, write to us with your player id and the receipt from the App Store or Google Play.

What does Restore purchases bring back?

The packs you own for good (the Grand Opening Pack and the Supporter Pack). Gem packs are used up when they are delivered and are not restored.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own rules: Apple for the App Store, Google for Google Play.

Do I need to spend money to finish the game?

No. Everything in the game can be earned by playing. Gems hire managers and finish a build at once; they never buy cash.

Videos & rewards

Are there forced ads?

No. There are no banners and no ads between screens. The only ads are short videos you choose to watch in exchange for a reward.

What can a video give me?

It can double what your venues earned while you were away, or take time off a build. Each has a daily limit.

I watched a video and got nothing.

A reward is given when the video has been watched to the end. If it was closed early, or the connection dropped, nothing is given and nothing is used up.

Notifications

What does the game notify me about?

Only if you allow it: when your builders have finished, when your venues have earned all they can hold, and now and then a friendly reminder. Never at night, and never many.

How do I turn notifications off?

Settings, then Notifications: there is one switch for "when something is ready" and one for reminders. You can also do it in your phone's own settings.

Technical problems

The game is slow or the phone gets warm.

Close other apps and restart the game. Settings has a "Reduce motion" switch that calms the busiest scenes.

The game says the cloud cannot be reached but I have a connection.

Your progress is safe on the device. The game retries by itself every little while; you do not need to do anything. If it lasts for hours, tell us.

It asks me to update.

A newer version is available in the store. Your progress is kept when you update.

How do I change the language?

Settings, then Language. The game is in English and Turkish.

Privacy & data

What does the game know about me?

Very little: an anonymous player id, your save, and counts of things that happen in the game. The Privacy Policy lists everything.

Can I change my ad privacy choice?

Where the law asks for your choice, you can review it under Settings, then Account, then "Review ad privacy choices".

Still need help?

Write to [email protected]. It helps to include your player id (Settings, then Account), your device, and what happened.
