This page is for players of Harrowrift: Horde Survival who want their account and the data linked to it deleted from our servers.

The quickest way is inside the game: Settings > ACCOUNT > Delete account deletes your account from our servers at once (it asks twice). This page is for players who no longer have the game installed or prefer to write to us.

How to ask

1. Open the game, go to Settings, and note the Player ID shown at the bottom of the panel (it looks like HR-7K2M9QXD). If no ID is shown, the game has never reached our servers from that device, so there is nothing of yours on them to delete.
2. Type it below and send the request. An e-mail address is optional; we use it only to tell you when it is done or to ask if something is unclear.
3. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If you no longer have your ID (for example, the game is no longer installed), or the form does not work for you, write to [email protected] and tell us which sign-in (Apple or Google) you used, if any. We will help you find the account.

What is deleted

• Your player ID, your display name and the session tokens tied to them.
• The link to your Apple or Google account, if you made one.
• Your cloud save: stages, heroes, equipment, currencies, missions and records.
• Your entries in the rankings.
• What your purchases unlocked in the game, and the link between you and your purchase records.
• The devices recorded for your player ID (with any push token registered for notifications), and its ad-reward records.

What is kept, and for how long

• Database backups still contain the data for up to 14 days and are then overwritten.
• Gameplay events lose their link to your account at once and are deleted within 90 days. Daily totals that name no player are kept.
• A record of the request and of the support action that carried it out (the player ID, what was done and when) is kept so we can show that it was done.
• The list of store transactions (product and the store's transaction reference) is kept without any link to you, so the same receipt cannot be used twice and for our accounts.
• The stores' own records. Apple and Google keep the record of payments made through them; we cannot delete those. Deleting your account here does not refund purchases.
• Ad data at Google (AdMob) is not tied to your name or e-mail address and expires on Google's schedule. You can reset or remove your advertising ID in your device settings.

The copy on your device

The game also keeps its save on your phone or tablet. To remove it, uninstall the game (or clear its data in the device settings). If you open the game again afterwards, it starts fresh.
